I have over 30 years of Social Work experience working mostly in the field of Adult Mental Health. I have extensive experience with survivors of trauma.

I received a Bachelor of Arts degree and an Honours Bachelor of Social Work degree from Lakehead University and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Toronto.

I have also been trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Emotion Focused Couple Therapy as well as extensive training in other therapeutic modalities.

I have recently trained and earned my certification as a Hypnotist and Hypnotherapist

I am a registered member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and also the Ontario Association of Social Workers.

I am a Certified Hypnotist with the National Guild of Hypnotists

I am certified as a Clinical Counselling Hypnotherapist
